INDICATIONS AND USAGE
PHOIXAZ 4 is indicated in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy,
PHOIXAZ 4 One capsule contains Ixazomib 4g (Ixazomib citrate 5.7 mg)
